When we upload a file to you

  • You will receive a notification via email with a link to the document and client portal
  • To view just click on the link to the document, sign where indicated or just review the information, no need to be sitting at a computer
  • Access and download your documents as needed, click the link and enter your logon and password

You can also upload a file to us

  • Use the same logon and password and access the client portal
  • Drag and drop files from your computer into the ‘My Uploaded Files’ area
  • The system will import the file into our document management system and alert the relevant team members in our office

How to get started

  • Call us on 03 9874 7255 or email us at mail@rucker.com.au requesting an invitation
  • We will send you an invitation to get your logon and set a password and confirm access requirements
  • Have a list of any previous documents you would like to have access to immediately, or just start from now
